Associational Resourcing Model
This structure allows us to focus on the needs of the God-given vision of the churches rather than asking the churches to join the Association. The reality is that our Association has to restructure to be relevant. Churches and Associations have two different callings. God has called Churches to fulfill their unique God-given vision through ministry. The Association is a man-made organization whose calling is to resource, assist, and encourage Churches to do what God has called them to do!
